How does CoinBuddy work?
Fill in the order card, review it and place your order. You get an order code and can then continue on WhatsApp or Telegram, where a CoinBuddy admin completes your trade.
Which coins do you support?
USDT (TRC20, BEP20, Polygon), USDC (Polygon, Base), Bitcoin and Ethereum. More coins may be added later.
What's a wallet address and network?
A wallet address is where your coins are sent — like an account number. The network is the blockchain they travel on. Both must match your wallet exactly.
How long does a trade take?
Most trades finish within minutes once you're chatting with your admin and payment is confirmed.
How are rates set?
Rates follow the live market and are shown in the order card before you order. Your admin confirms the final rate in chat.
How do I know I'm talking to a real CoinBuddy admin?
Use the “Verify an admin” page (enter your order code and the number or username messaging you) to check. Admins always reference your order code.
What if I send to the wrong address?
Crypto transfers can't be reversed. Always double-check the address and network before sending — contact your admin right away if something looks wrong.
