How our rate works
Our margin (spread) is built into the rate you see. There are no hidden fees on top — the amount you're quoted in chat is the amount you pay or receive.

Network fees
Blockchains charge a small fee to move crypto. When you buy, we cover the network fee for sending to your wallet. When you sell, you pay the network fee from your own wallet.
Typical completion times
Most orders finish within 10–30 minutes during business hours, once payment is received. Bitcoin and Ethereum can take longer while the network confirms the transaction.
Business hours
Every day, 08:00–23:59 (Accra time). Orders placed outside these hours are handled when we reopen.
